Shipping policy

Last updated: September 2026

At LOTAS Fashion, we believe your shopping experience should be simple, transparent and stress-free. We carefully select shipping options through our fulfillment partners to provide reliable delivery and tracking for every eligible order.

1. Order Processing

Once your order is successfully placed, we begin preparing it for shipment.

Please allow approximately 1–3 business days for order processing, quality checking and preparation before dispatch.

During busy periods, promotional events or seasonal demand, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking information may take a short time to become active after dispatch.

2. Delivery Times

Our standard estimated delivery time is:

8–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

Destination country and region
Shipping method selected
Product availability
Customs clearance
Local delivery services
Weather conditions
Public holidays
Seasonal or carrier-related delays
Other circumstances outside our control

The delivery estimate shown for your specific product or at checkout may differ from the general estimate above. Where available, the product/checkout estimate should be considered the most relevant estimate.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

After your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Your tracking number may require some time to become active in the carrier's tracking system.

You can use the tracking information to follow your order's progress from dispatch through delivery.

Some international shipments may be handled by more than one carrier during transit. In these cases, tracking information may update as the parcel moves through different stages of delivery.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Where LOTAS offers free shipping or promotional shipping, the applicable offer will be clearly stated on our website or at checkout.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination, product and shipping method.

5. International Shipping & Customs

LOTAS Fashion ships internationally using shipping methods available through our fulfillment partners.

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import regulations, taxes, duties or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Where applicable, customs duties, import charges or other fees imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer, unless LOTAS explicitly states otherwise at checkout.

Customs processing may also cause delays that are outside our control.

Please make sure your shipping information is complete and accurate before placing your order.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Please carefully check your:

Full name
Street address
Apartment/unit number
City
Postal/ZIP code
Phone number
Email address

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.

7. Delayed Orders

Although we work with our fulfillment partners to provide reliable delivery, international shipments can occasionally experience delays.

If your order is taking longer than the estimated delivery period, please contact us at:

support@lotasfashion.com

We will review the tracking information and, where appropriate, work with our fulfillment partner and shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.

If an order qualifies under our fulfillment partner's applicable shipping protection or dispute rules, we will work to obtain an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

8. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us so we can investigate the shipment.

For some delivery investigations, the shipping carrier or local postal service may require additional information or confirmation that the package was not received.

Please note that an order may not qualify for a refund or replacement where tracking confirms successful delivery, or where the delivery issue resulted from an incorrect address, refusal, failure to collect the package, customs issues or other circumstances outside the fulfillment provider's responsibility.

9. Damaged Packages

We take care to ensure your order reaches you safely.

If your package or product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

Your order number
Clear photographs of the product
Photographs of the packaging
A brief description of the damage

We may request additional photographs or video evidence to help investigate the issue with our fulfillment partner.

Depending on the circumstances and the applicable fulfillment partner's policy, an eligible claim may result in a replacement, partial refund or full refund.

10. Wrong or Missing Items

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, or an item is missing from your shipment, please contact us promptly.

Please include:

Your order number
A photograph of the item received
A photograph of the shipping packaging
A description of the issue

We will investigate the matter with our fulfillment partner and work toward an appropriate resolution.

11. Multiple Items in One Order

If your order contains multiple products, they may occasionally be shipped separately depending on product availability, warehouse location or fulfillment arrangements.

If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number and your items may arrive at different times.

You will not be charged additional shipping solely because your order is split into multiple shipments unless otherwise stated at checkout.

12. Delivery Attempts & Unclaimed Packages

Please make sure someone is available to receive your order when required.

If a carrier attempts delivery and the package cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, refusal, failure to collect, an unavailable recipient or another customer-related issue, additional shipping or return costs may apply.

Packages returned because of customer-provided address errors or failure to collect may not qualify for a refund or free replacement.

13. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products, destinations and shipping methods may have specific transportation restrictions.

Shipping availability and estimated delivery times can vary by destination and shipping method.

If a shipping method is unavailable for your location, please select another available option at checkout or contact our support team.

14. Changes to This Shipping Policy

LOTAS Fashion reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy when necessary to reflect changes to our fulfillment partners, shipping services, delivery practices or applicable requirements.

The latest version will always be published on this page.
